makeup comes clean

Caring about the ingredients in our food and home products is a no-brainer, but there’s one frontier that’s been slower to join the “clean” world: makeup. I should know. Five years ago, I tried switching my entire routine to natural and organic brands. Instead of colorful lips and bright cheeks, though, what I got was barely-there pigments that melted away by midday. And don’t even get me started on foundation–a broad shade range and a full-coverage finish were out of the question. Now, the industry is changing for the better. (Read my bold red lips: Bless.) The clean revolution is here and you can get on board.
